About Me
Hi! I’m Andrea LeShea Smith, a Christian creative and marketing strategist. My mission is simple:
To use my God-given gifts to inspire meaningful change in the lives of others so they can grow beyond their limitations and become more than they imagined.
My faith in God is the foundation upon which my life is built. I was raised in the church, and many of my earliest memories are rooted in community, worship, and the feeling of being part of something bigger than myself. Those experiences shaped my values, my worldview, and my desire to continue growing into who I’m called to be.
At the same time, I’ve spent years wrestling with the restraints that tradition and outdated thinking can place on creatives and organizations in faith-based spaces. I’ve seen how difficult it can be for churches to reach the people they’re called to serve when communication, culture, and methods fail to evolve alongside the world around them.
I began my career in graphic design, launching my creative studio, Aymar Media, in 2010, and have spent more than a decade serving churches, nonprofits, and small businesses. Over time, I realized my clients needed more than visuals. They needed strategy, direction, and a better understanding of how to communicate their message in ways that genuinely connect with people.
That realization ultimately led me to pursue a master’s degree in marketing from Florida International University. Along the way, I became increasingly interested in communication psychology and the emotional way people experience messaging, brands, leadership, and culture.
Today, my work exists at the intersection of faith, creativity, and marketing. While my work focuses on helping purpose-driven brands grow and communicate more effectively, I’m also passionate about encouraging Christian creatives to embrace who God created them to be, think beyond limiting mindsets, and create boldly without shrinking themselves to fit traditional expectations.
Outside of work, I’m a mom, worship leader, and lifelong learner who believes growth begins the moment we become willing to think beyond our limitations.
